Cinnamon Bark, Ginger Root, Cardamom Seed, Licorice Root, Clove Bud, Orange Peel, Bilberry Leaf, Parsley Leaf, Fo-Ti Root, Cornsilk, Dandelion Root, Black Pepper, Long Pepper Berry, niacin, milk thistle, bananas, strawberries, almonds, avocados, tomatoes, asparagus, honey, Ginkgo Biloba, Lime juice, Vegetable juices, a few other amazing ingredients in my liver/kidney/gallbladder supplements and Essential Oils.
Oh and I got the BEST 1 hr foot and body oil massage ever at Tulip Foot Spa: Chinese Massage and Reflexology Center. I feel great!! 1 month ago
