I also had a cat who died of cancer five years plus ago and I still feel guilty about it. I know what you’re going through. I feel the same way, guilt (I should have taken him in sooner) shame (at myself) and anger (why did you have to take my cat away from me and why did he have to suffer.) While you were waiting for the next litter to be born and thus contributing to an already overpopulation of animals. There are MANY animals INCLUDING kittens at animal shelters just waiting for homes. Thousands and thousands of animals die each year in shelters due to lack of homes. Next time, please be responsible and ADOPT! Don’t buy.
