What helped most was doing it at the same ‘time’ in my morning routine, in my case either at home before leaving or in the metro. Meditating in the metro was much much harder, by the way. 21 months ago

To me, loving a person means caring for their wellbeing/happiness roughly as much as my own. (Maybe a bit more, a bit less, the same. Or a lot more… but that would be the self-sacrificing kind.) 22 months ago

I accidentally ended up taking a lesson in Brazilian zouk in late January and have loved the dance ever since. I’d say I can dance now, though I’m just intermediate. Improving steadily, though. 22 months ago
