look at your life as you were another person, and see how most of the things that are stressing you, are simply just nothing.
Try to smile a lot, at good and bad things it works, accept it as it is, be a laid back person, don’t let things stress you out,like duties,or what people may be saying to you to get you down.
i used to freak out from anything and always sad and gloomy, but recently i changed that, because happiness comes within you not from what happens around or what you have!
so smile.
be grateful.
be laid back, nothing can stress you out, relax, have time for yourself , and breathe deeply whenever you feel bad.
keep in touch with people around you.
predict good things
slow down and enjoy the moment, let your senses work while doing anything and breathe,
do crazy stuff that you never done before
change the routine
take steps in achieving your goals, and celebrate achieving small things!
