TED’s new custom of sending out a daily reminder of the day’s TED Talk is a pretty good idea for me. I get a reminder and a link, and sometimes just at the right time of the day so that I can download it before I leave work and watch after supper. 3 weeks ago

1. The hot water came back on. It’s been a week or two of showering in cold water. This is not too bad, given the hot weather, but for a real sign that the day is over nothing beats a hot shower. This happened because the electrician has been working hard to get the house ready for the sale.
2. The scheduled Area Council meeting did not take place. This gave me time to eat and rest before the webinar started. This happened because somebody forgot.
3. I broke the guest pack job into parts, and made good progress on it. This happened because of a moment of mindfullness. 2 months ago
