It’s amazing. It’s called mind snacks- french. I have learned so much already its amazing. In about a week I know how to count, the days of the week, foods, how to say my name, where I’m from, how old I am, ask how the other person is and respond when they ask, and I can now hold a pretty good conversation. AND ITS FUN.

How I did it: I did procrastinate till the last minute. Most of what my mom did was butchering my outfit. She decided that she would do it without me because she's this do it herself person and I absolutely hate it. Then her friend offered to help fix it and I came over and did it with her.
ALWAYS HAVE A PATTERN! Even if you make it yourself!

Im almost done with this. I’ve had several ideas and after a long elaborated debate with myself on which ones to follow, I started one that I hope will benefit a lot of people. It will be a short little book, maybe a little bigger than the size of my hand, maybe two hand lengths, and is going to consist of little paragraphs and then some lists of things. It will be about why it’s good to get off of the computer and enjoy the world, something I’ve really struggled with my whole life and partially blame both myself but mostly my parents for. It will focus on computer addiction, give reasons (a couple paragraph introductions on why and how it’s not good for you) then list 100 things to do to keep away from the computer and regain your life.
I’m going to self publish it through blurb. I hope it sells. 6 months ago

How I did it: I just started taking a PTA and sports med class, which requires me to wake up really early. It didn't work at first, but I started putting the alarm on to go off twice in the morning, and it forced me to wake up. If you want to wake up at 6:00 but have a hard time getting up, set it for 5:30/40. Read how I did it… 7 months ago

I’ve been eating non GMO for a little bit and am finally gaining weight and am feeling a lot better. I gained 5 pounds and my trainers happy about it. So I hear people who eat Non-GMO either gain or lose weight and become healthy. I’m really happy with myself. I’ve found a lot of great recipes. 7 months ago
