Well. It’s almost habit. But now since its winter we have the wood stove going and it’s unusually hot. So, consequently, I am forced to drink more water. 2 years ago

I’m attending the “truth project” at my Church, a very in-depth study with a very admirable man: Dr. Del Tackett.
An elder person was exited that I was attending this due to my age, but it encouraged him on account that many young people dont see the importance of this knowledge, and the responsibility they must hold when they mature. (Being an adult has nothing to do with age, mind you.) I am encouraged considering that he’s encouraged, anddue to the fact that he treats me like a responsible and respectable adult.
“The theory of adolescence undermines the Christian understanding of human nature. It underscores the modern disinclination to treat a person as responsible for his or her actions. When we assert the “fact” that teenagers are to act like irresponsible children rather than like responsible adults, it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. And when school, church, and family treat 16-year-olds like young children, teenagers act in ways that justify that treatment.”
- Dr. David Alan Black
He’s holding studies at his house for everyone attending the study, who is interested.
I think we have 4-5 more months left in the study. I’m really exited!
If anyone is interested in the details of what we are studying, feel free to message me, and I will certainly eventually message you back.

My dentist told me I have de-calcification spots on my teeth. D:> And I felt so proud of brushing everyday this week. He said it was the way I’m brushing them. But I feel kind of discouraged.
I have to try hard though! If I don’t complete this goal by April, I have to eat no sugar for 2 weeks! D:> 3 years ago
How I did it: [updated]
First of all, I just started randomly. Not the way to start, but it definitely forces you to improvise, and can show you that you need to research more. (haha... hahaha... yeah.)
Is there any way I can keep myself accountable to this? 3 years ago

It’s hard because you focus on the bad things that happen to you, but then lately I’ve been thinking that it doesn’t matter what happens to me, but I should focus more on Jesus and what I’m on earth for. Everything usually falls into place if I’m not being selfish and living for The Lord as a “living sacrifice” meaning, sacrificing non-tangible things like time, prejudice, energy, etc.
Just some thoughts. 3 years ago
It’s been hard lately to do this because sometimes what may seem obvious to me, isn’t obvious to others. And sometimes it’s hard to walk in The Spirit, so this has been hard lately.
But something that really helps is constantly examining my motives, reading my Bible, and going to Church. 3 years ago
Kept my house clean for quite a while now. If I can keeps this up, it will become a habit, and I can mark it as done. 3 years ago
