Ahh, my final year of uni is making me gain weight!
Can’t seem to stay in the library for any length of time without a caramel latte.

Bought a 1L flask today, going to fill it with green tea everyday before I head to the library/Lectures. That way I will save money AND calories.

Today is the first day i have actually looked at my body in my underwear and LIKED what i saw.
The gym is paying off! hoping i can lose one more pound by wednesday. Going as a black cat for halloween :)
Sunday 28th
Breakfast: Porridge
Lunch: Skinless Chicken breast, peppers and onion in wholemeal pitta
Dinner: The leftover chicken breast pepper and onion (on its own without any bread)
Excercise: 30 minutes cross trainer, 2k running at 10k/h, ab workout.

Lunch: Matcha green tea smoothie with soy milk
Dinner: 1 tin of mackerel and some peas
Excercise – 2 hours of walking (fast pace)
Resisted the plate of brownies :) even after finding out they were white chocolate chip brownies! I’m going to fit in that dress! x 6 months ago

Tuesday:
Breakfast – 1 mango, 1 banana
Lunch: Apple, tin of tomatoes, 1/2 tin of sweetcorn
Dinner: Soup – 220 cals
Excercise – Ran 5k in 30 minutes, no stops + 10 minutes on excercise bike and 10 minutes on cross trainer.
Wednesday:
Breakfast: Porridge
Lunch: Peppers, onions and lettuce with 2 bacon and 2 eggs. No bread.
Dinner: Protein shake, apple and a pear.
Excercise: Legs bums and tums BOOTCAMP.
Thursday:
Breakfast: Porridge and a somosa
Lunch: noodles and kidney beans
Dinner: Chicken Soup and a smoothie
Excercise: Light gym sesh
Friday:
Breakfast: Apple and a Pear
Lunch: 2 pitta with scrambled egg and 2 bacon
Dinner tin of sweetcorn
Gym – Ran 5k in 30 minutes, no stopping. 10 minutes bike, Ab routine.
Everything is working well, reached my weekly goal weight with 2 days to spare :) Still look fat in my birthday dress though, Even with my hold in knickers :(, LEGS JUST ARENT LOSING ANY WEIGHT.

Really wznt to lose 5lbs by my birthday. I can’t eat after 2pm today, because I am trying to reset my circadian rhythm so I wake up at around 6.30 everyday.
I will be hitting the gym everyday starting tomorrow. Been going at least 3 times a week since I have been back at uni.
New routine: Run 5k, 10 minutes on Bike, 30 minutes on Cross trainer, then abs and stretch.

30th September:
Breakfast: 2 bagels no butter
Lunch: Nothing
Dinner: 2 bagels no butter
1st October:
Breakfast: 1 bagel
Lunch: 2 slices of toast, a piece of cheese :/
Dinner: A slice of bacon
2nd of october:
Breakfast: Nothing
Lunch: 1/2 a honey dew melon and 4 satsumas
Plan to go to the gym and burn 500 calories, then come home and have rataouille for dinner (160 calories) and rice (340) I might even half that so that it half the calories, then have the rest tomorrow :)

Had 3 days of extreme indulgence. Back on the wagon now, I was in one of those ‘start tomorrow moods’ but i have decided to start right now. Going for a sleepover with the girls tonight, no sweets or chocolate or ANYTHING.
Need to stop this ‘day off’ thinking, this is a change in lifestyle

7 days until I go back to uni! Rejoining my diet buddies there and will finally have the gym back! <3
