As the next step in my new diet, i will be cutting snack foods out. Although I will have the occasional snack, i will ration how much i eat and try to savour it more. I guess this leads onto my newest goal, to eat my slowly. I bought no processed snacks today while shopping, so a good start ^^b 22 months ago
Tomorrow, i will make my way over to a local grocery shop where i’ll have a good look at different vegetables (i.e. ones i don’t usually eat or even look at). I’m quite sure they have quite a range of organic produce too.
