I did this in december for health.
After all…I am a smoker, so my health is no top priority.
But once I began to think about the spiritual process of ingesting other animals…
I began to reassess my desires.
Now, I am still vegetarian.
I have slip-ups though, because I haven’t yet meditated with this concept in mind.
Overall, this is a good entry.

I used to do this for 30min-1hr everyday.
Then I stopped.
I want to start again
I’d like try doing different types of yoga everyday.
Maybe, stop things from souring.

I did it a few weeks ago.
I gave myself a week.
And it was not difficult.
That is a lie.
It was very difficult.
But the benefits were worth it. And for the first time I really believed that my life would be better without smoking.

I gave myself a one-month challenge to become vegetarian.
It was very difficult. My country is run on beef.
But I did it. I stayed vegetarian. Except for a few pieces of chicken snuck into me here and there by a former lover I stayed away from meat for a long time.
It can be done.

If I don’t write this book I will have failed myself and all the people this book is to liberate.
If I do not write it I cannot then complain of the world I live in,
