How I did it: We looked around a lot, visited many furniture stores, took a lot of time to decide on what we wanted and where we wanted to place them. We even took measurements of the rooms and the furnitures to see how they would fit.
We waited until there were good deals on furnitures and then ordered the items. We got some of the good stuff for really good prices. Yayy! Read how I did it… 3 years ago
How I did it: It was during my B-school that I lost weight in big chunks. When my course began in April 2011, I weighed about 138 pounds but I steadily lost weight every month. I weighed around 125 pounds from September 2011 to March 2012. I didn't have time to even think about food and being on campus, I had to walk around a lot. I lived on the 3rd floor with no elevator, so I had to climb all those flights of stairs at least 3 times a day.
I had 2 dry chapathi's with lightly sauteed vegetables with 1 small bowl of dal + yogurt for lunch and dinner. My breakfast was mostly a glass of coffee.
The weather in the area was mostly hot and humid which made me drink at least 10-12 glasses of water a day
I was always surrounded by friends and we were always active. The campus had a nice walking trail which I used quite a lot for long evening walks. Weight loss happened very naturally. Read how I did it… 15 months ago
