hospitals
doctors offices
police
touching myself in a non sexual way
having others touch me
public displays of affection
certain noises
nudity
I want to try EMDR for these things as well as gradually exposing myself to these things and put more energy into doing so 6 months ago

This goal may be easy based on necessary walking to commute starting this month. But considering how much of the summer I was only walking for maybe 1.5 miles a day this will be something to accomplish to be healthier without getting caught up thinking about weight loss or body image. My fall schedule and new dog will help immensely!
