I just posted about my recent almost m-shifts, and I thought I could post the method I used to help me. I got it from my Alpha (before he abandoned our pack), he’s m-shifted and p-shifted countless times, and the meditation for the m-shift helped me a LOT so I thought I’d post it for those who are having trouble.

M-Shifting Meditation
This meditation will help M-Shifting be easier and quicker. It works for some, though not others. So when you try this meditation, be sure you are comfortable. If you feel any uncomfortable feeling, especially around the temples of your head, stop the meditation. If you are able to proceed with this meditation be sure you try do it every day with a 24-hour expansion in between. Meaning do this meditation for exactly one hour the same time every day. The best time to do this meditation is around dawn or dusk, but any time can be use as well.
Now follow these steps correctly in order to do the technique right:
1) Inhale slowly through your nose with your eyes closed. As you are inhaling, visualize in your mind, the wolf coming into you (this can be done by imagine the soul of a wolf, or a wolf life shape running towards you and entering your body, morphing with your own).
2) Hold the inhale for a count of four and let the wolf be completely in your body.
3) Now exhale slowly through your nose and visualize the wolf slowly coming out, your body becoming it. Keep exhaling till your entire being is the wolf (till your hands are it’s paws, your body it’s shape, your mind it’s mind). Feel that you are the wolf.
Repeat this meditation over and over for no more than an hour. Normally, within the first ten minutes you’ll start to feel a sort of high feeling, like you are floating. You’ll feel free and extremely happy, like you are finally your true self. This is your wolf being set free. Let this feeling continue through and focus on it. TRY NOT TO LOSE FOCUS. If you even let one thing distract you during this meditation, it will jerk you out. So try and stay as focused as you can. Also after about twenty minutes or so into the meditation, you might black out. This is your wolf being dominate and taking over your mind with it’s own. This is normal and you’ll be okay. The wolf will run it’s course till its energy runs down, then your mind will be able to take back control. When it does, you’ll feel as if you’ve just awoken from a sleep (trust me, if you do this right, you were not asleep). If done correctly and a M-Shift has occurred, you’ll be in a different spot from where you were to begin with. So trust me, there will be proof that you’ve M-Shifted.

Story VerdeHi guys...I have a question............

I haven’t posted on here in a really long time, but I was a loser anyway so I don’t think anyone will remember me. Anyway, to the point I was getting to…I wanted to know how long it takes for people to m-shift. I’ve been practicing it every night for a few days, and every time I almost completely m-shift, I go in and out of black outs. I know this is normal for some people, but I never go fully into a black out. I just go in and out of it, and at the same time my arms start twitching a little. I also feel my hands tingle and sometimes they feel like what I imagine paws would feel like. So back to the main question…how long has it taken each of you to completely m-shift? A few days? A few months? How long has a taken you to master it? =)

And how I look back now to think of the “coulds”.

P-Shifting Meditations

This meditation is a lot trickier and tougher. It takes a lot of practice and time but really helps. Same precautions as before, you’ll need to do this meditation at a certain time daily and never miss a single one. Missing one can cause you to slow in shifting.

Now just follow the steps below correctly and you should be able to P-Shift fine:

1) Begin by relaxing, doing the same breathing you did with m-shifting meditation. Keep going till you feel the high, then kind of just pause, settling there and letting your breathing flow back to normal. Feel you are the wolf, but at the same time keep a slight focus on your human body.

2) Now, breath in slowly and while you inhale, imagine the the eyes of the wolf slowly fading till nothing is there. Now exhale and as you exhale, focus on your eyes turning into the wolfs. Feel your eyes shift and change color, matching the wolf’s eyes. (When this works, you’ll feel your eyes start to go numb. This is normal so don’t panic.)

3) Inhale again, this time imagining the wolf’s muzzle slowly fading. With the exhale, feel your nose lengthen and become the wolf’s muzzle. Feel it become the muzzle.

This process should be repeated until your entire body is now the wolf’s. You should no longer feel your human body, but instead feel your new body; your true body. You’ll feel fur, paws, tail, ears, etc. You’ll hear better, smell, and see better.

Now, here’s the WARNING. Some therians, especially beginners in P-Shifting, pass out before they can feel the transformation, causing a Black-Out P-Shift in which their bodies still shift, but they won’t remember it when they come to. For those who do pass out, a way you can know for sure you P-Shift is by how your muscles feel. If a full P-Shift has been formed, your muscles will be really sore and tensed, like you’ve just ran a ten mile run non-stop. 11 months ago

I rarely write on here unless I’m extremely depressed. Which means obviously, I’m extremely depressed. So lately I’ve been so depressed I’ve almost stopped feeling anything, which led to cutting. I’ve never cut before, but I did it to feel something. But when I do feel my emotions, I feel alone, and given up on. I feel like nobody cares anymore and like I’m irrelevent to anything now. I feel like people forgot about me and don’t realize that I’m still here. And what sucks is that th only person who does love and notice me hasn’t been online lately so I haven’t been able to talk to him. I’m seriously thinking suicide is where I need to turn to. 11 months ago

So I’ve been reading everyone’s posts lately. I noticed there’s kinda of a lot of negativity. I think we should try to stay positive or nothing’s going happen. For example, the other day. Me and my friend were trying to do something that was literally impossible without the right tools, but I believed it could happen and I told her to believe, and we accomplished it. =D I watched a documentary a while back called The Secret. It basically explain the law of attraction. It says if you believe something positive is going to happen it will more likely happen positively. If you believe something negative is going to happen, it will more likely happen negatively. So have POSITIVE attitudes!!Some things that I think might help with shifting is being somewhere that is peaceful, but also makes you happy while you’re attempting a shift. It makes me SOOO happy to be in nature, whether it’s a forest, a lake, or even a grassy backyard, I love it. I also think you should act more like how you think your wolf would act, it will keep you closer to your wolf. I hope I helped anybody, and if I didn’t thanks for reading. =3 May the moon guide you.

Story VerdeTo Make Things Clear?

A lot of things over the years have sayed that Vampires and Wolves are complete enemies. Well it’s semi-true. It depends on what Vampire Clan and Wolf Pack you belong to and what your personal beliefs are. I’m saying this because of Twilight either, I hate the movie so I wouldn’t be able to anyways. I get all of my info from my grandmother. I recently posted on a comment on all of this, but my grandmother is indeed a Vampire princess of her clan (Dove Clan). We get along perfectly and I’m Wolf. But her Clan doesn’t like me, so it’s her personal belief. Her King Danny does not like me but he respects me, we don’t have non-exsistent wars. So I hope this cleared things up, if not, sorry for confusing anybody. =3

Well, I don’t know what everyone else on here is saying. But it depends on vampire clan and wolf pack. They usually don’t. My grandmother is princess of a vampire clan called the Dove Clan and I’m wolf and we’ve always gotten along perfectly. Her clan is completely against me though, but we don’t have wars or anything, that’s just stupid, they just don’t like me. 11 months ago
