How I did it: This was more about learning self-sufficiency. Being more natural in what we clean with, make for meals and growing some food. So now I make our soaps, cleaning supplies, I can cook almost anything from scratch, so our lives are more natural and we also are growing food in a small garden, so yes....we can say this is more natural living. I am learning always, but I believe I can check this off my list. Read how I did it… 11 months ago

Truly isn’t a waste of time by my standards. But it’s like I have to give myself permission to not be in a work, driven mode. So now I waste time reading a book, taking a bath, listening to music when I am at home. Its not wasting time, but to some it may be. I stop doing things I dont want to be doing and just take a few minutes here and there for me. 11 months ago

This isnt an easy venture, but I am creating and selling. It started with making my own laundry detergent. hten I made soap, you know bars of soap. And yes, it morphed into a farmer market botoh and so I started a business. Truly though I hope that it one day becomes something I can say – I made a living doing. One step at a time, one day at a time. But its progress. 20 months ago

Started experimenting with making my own soap this year. Having time, energy, supplies and good ingredients is key. 2 years ago
