Its a basic time blocking method
break the job into 25 minute chunks
and 5 minute breaks
use a timer for both after 4 chunks you can have a longer break of half an hour it got my kitchen clean at least. :).

My birthday today got up and place tidy
Rewarded myself with tidying up by reading the fanfic I wanted
Rewarderd myself with cleaning the house by scratching a scratchcard
won 10 pounds.
Did procrastinate a bit but stuff got done so end day on a high i guess. + 2 months ago

Started the alternative fast diet. Its simple eat 600 calories on alternate days.Not fun ,but, easy with two chocolate cakes and a box of donuts in house I stayed strong.
This morning donut tasted so good and then went for run.
Started exercise program yesterday hope to complete it by next TA weekend. 3 months ago
