How I did it: I realised that people are nothing but a bunch of paradoxes. They project their insecurities and fears onto you and make it seem as if though, you're the problem....
I realised following people's criticism became far toconfusing. One person said this, whilst another said something else...who could I listen to?
People's opinions and words are fickle, just harmless chatter used out of sheer boredom or complacency of one's own life.

How I did it: We're constantly comparing ourselves; we either compare ourselves to those we deem less than us to make us feel better
or
We compare ourselves to people we deem 'better' than us which makes us feel less than worthy
The only way to stop this is get rid of this invisible hierarchy and realise the only person we should compete against is ourselves.
People are worth the same and are born with just as much potential and starlight as the others.
Nobody is without struggle or insecurity

How I did it: I said, I realised,
How I treated myself
What I thought of myself
What I said about myself in front of others
Deliberately dumbing myself down for others
Had so much effect on my confidence, my self-esteem
Confidence, you see, has to be laced with elegance.
The messages I told myself, how I treated myself set the standard in which people treated me which then changed how I thought about myself which made me less confident.
It was all a viscous cycle and to break this cycle, I realised that I've got to accept myself unconditionally. The world as I see it is a reflection of how I view myself.When I saw myself as hopeless, ugly, defenceless, my world was that way
When I saw myself as beautiful, resourceful, kind-hearted and never-ending, my world appeared to be that way..
Opportunities were everywhere and it was much more easier to drop people who made me feel less than what I believed myself to be
