I will never call myself fluent because there is always something more to learn when it comes to a language. I am checking this off my list because after living in Spain for 8 months, my Spanish is at a level where I can understand and comunicate with native and fluent Spanish speakers. Spanish accents and slang varies depending on countries and regions, so there will always be something new to learn, but I feel I know the language to the point where I can say I speak Spanish. 14 months ago
