ikr you’ll never be tired of how cute they are
i’ve been suffering from depression since before i was in high school. i’ve tried talking to psychiatrists, tried antidepressants and alcohol/drugs and they didn’t really help me. from my own experience, doing things that are fun and that give you a sense of fulfillment (especially with people that you love) always help, along with discarding anything (or anyone) that’s a source of negativity in your life. sometimes when i have no one to talk to i draw or write in my journal to rant about how i feel. oh, and yoga really does help too. here’s the link to some yoga sequences, one of them is for depression.

go ahead and date other people.. investing all your emotions on one person might end up with you getting hurt. only commit when you’re sure he’s the right one. good luck :) 3 years ago
