A year ago I began the process of releasing the mortgage on my apartment and I’m still waiting for a response.

Today, I restarted the process again with the authority that gave me the credit and the lawyers in charge of the process. I send the documents again, I hope now I can successfully complete this process to finally have my property titles.

How I did it: In general, all is about in some repetitive tasks like take measures, see models, do some designs, draw, cut lumber, assembling, apply the varnish and the wood finishing. But beyond this, the more important step it's build all like if it will be for your self, this give the quality.

Lessons & tips: Take enough time, be patient and careful. All the work is worth when you see the final result.

Resources: Some manual and electric tools.

It took me 11 months.

This week my brother & I finished Autora’s kitchen. Again I’m very happy by this.

In 2011 I constructed more furniture that were outside the original plan, but that’s okay, I’ve been very pleased to do so.

So, by the end of this year 2011, this is my status:

The last week finaly we finished the closet; the past three weekends my bro & I worked hard on the doors. I’m very happy by this.

Off the plan (again) we will make a kitchen cabinets for Aurora… more work!

I’ve designed, bought and cutted the wood for my brother’s closet doors and bought all the hardware needed for make it. Off the plan, also I built a CPU Stand for a friend.

The last weekend I’ve finished the laptop’s desk and 2 weeks ago the under desk bookshelf. The closet of my brother is mounted and also in use, but don’t have doors yet.
