On Sunday the 15th July I was supposed to do the second workout of the program. Unfortunately I couldn’t do it because of an infected toe :(

For the 1st workout of the 3rd week of C25K I made 5.19 km in 39m:09s and burned 472 kcal; at the end I made 100 abs :) 9 months ago

On Wednesday the 11th July I made the last workout of the 2nd week of the C25K: I run & walked 4.40 km (33m:37s; 399 kcal).
Plus, at the end of the training, I made 100 six pack abs! 9 months ago

- Friday: in the morning I walked 3.18 km (31.24 minutes – 252 kcal). In the evening I restarted with my c25k program, but my GPS is just so fucked up! I cannot tell exactly how much I walked/ran and how many kcal I burned because it went nuts. But I think I covered a distance of about 5 km.
- Saturday: I walked with the dog and the boyfriend
- Sunday: nope, the weather was awful! Plus it was my birthday so I spent the day with my family and boyfriend :) 10 months ago

Unfortunately I couldn’t track my walk&run because I can’t use my smartphone those days.

Anyway, I’m already seeing the results!
Before starting this program, to walk regularly and eat less shit, I used to weigh 80 kg (175 lbs).
Yesterday I stepped up onto the scale and discovered I lost weight! I was 77.7 kilograms (=171.2 pounds).

Despite Caronte, the anticyclone that hit Italy and is the cause of a very hot weather, yesterday (Saturday 30th June) I’ve started the C25K running program!

I started with a five-minute warmup walk. Then alternated 60 seconds of jogging and 90 seconds of walking for a total of 20 minutes. At the end I slowed down and did 5-minute walking again.
On Endomondo I chose to set my workout as a “sports walk”; here are the details:

I’m so happy!
