How I did it: Well, my weight and I have our ups and downs. One minute I weigh 170 then next I weigh 150. The 15 lbs was when I weighed 165. And that was the goal I met! But then... the wake up call was when the scale hit 190 winter 2007. So I started MOVING again and by October I had lost 50 lbs. Two hours of cardio almost everyday and keeping my caloric intake in check. Brilliant. But I've gained 30 of it back... ahem, yeahhh. So that brings me to my next goal. Lose 30 pounds. At least its not 50. (Glass half full! But then I drank it, thats how I gained the weight back.) Read how I did it… 4 years ago
