terrible, i feel so fat and ugly and wish i had time and energy to exercise and prepare health meals. all i can do is run to the office, and sit there all day, with a lot of stressful situations every single day. i have no time for me.
i can’t look at myself in the mirror anymore, clothes don’t fit, i even feel i am treated less nicely because of the way i am looking and dressing.
