But mid January 2013 I started using my fitness pal (food & exercise tracking app & website) and as of today I am at 209 (mid Jan 2013 I was 226, obviously hadn’t stuck with any kind of fitness program since my last 43 things entries in 2009!)
So far my fitness pal has been great – I highly recommend it! It’s free! 2 months ago
