I just learned that one of my coworkers was killed yesterday, from what I understand she was shot by her husband in her own home. This is such a shock… I’m grateful for every single person who does not keep a gun in their home, every man and woman who takes a stand against domestic violence, the comfort of my work “family”, the time I got to spend with Kathie and the impact that she made on people’s lives… 5 months ago
