kmarKale, Broccoli, & Red Pepper Frittata

This was REALLY yummy and super easy. I basically just sauteed onions & garlic in olive oil, then added fresh broccoli, red peppers, and kale to the mix to cook them down a little.

Meanwhile, I scrambled about 3 eggs and 3 egg whites, shredded cheese, added a little milk, salt, & pepper, then added the veggie mix. Poured the mix into a casserole dish and cooked it at 350 for about 30 mins.

It came out golden brown and scrumptious. 13 months ago

kmarTroost

The book is hilarious. Not at all what you’d expect from the title. He’s a funny writer, and really brings the area to life in the book. Definitely worth reading. 14 months ago

kmarDense

I’m still plugging away on it—it’s very layered and dense, so it’s taking longer than normal for me to finish. So far it’s amazing; he’s a phenomenal writer. 16 months ago
