So, I still need to improve a lot of those, and next probably try to work on:
do bedtime rituals to help me sleep better
watch less TV

These are lower on the priority list:

Progress, progress. Damn it’s hard though. If I stay on track I will hit a milestone by Monday, of dipping in to the 150s!
It’s going to be tough though. I have a steak dinner/beer tasting tomorrow evening and a work-related wine tasting the next day followed by dinner at a Chinese place I’ve been wanting to try forever. (I know, nice problems to have—but it does mean I need to be really careful about exercise over the next few days)
OK, action plan:
Bike tomorrow for at least an hour and a half, aim for more like 2 hours if possible
very light breakfast of fruit, no pizza or happy hour apps for lunch
Saturday: I’m really not going to have much time to work out, Saturday is a crazy busy day. I’m hoping, however, that I can make up some of the calories on Sunday. If i don’t go out with my sister after dinner then I might be OK but I would really like to see her. :) 7 hours ago

Done:
change the walkway border
build soil in bare patch and plant herbs
Also got a new table for upstairs and a nicer chair.

But, in addition to the existing project I haven’t made progress on it seems I’m always adding new ones, sheesh.
Still want to:
make a rolling hidden trash bin
make curtains. Some curtains. Any curtains.
make wall art for: downstairs bath,laundry room
finish laying bricks by fireplace
move tire planters upstairs and paint them too
finish rain barrels
get (or build) drawer dividers for better organization(1 done) 1 month ago

On those habits I last posted about: water, sleep, caffeine, exercise, weight loss. Also back to taking a multivitamin and eating healthier (most of the time!) even LESS alcohol, and doing deep breathing to stay calm. I cut caffeine even more and sub tea for my am coffee sometimes. Staying committed to exercise and weight loss, and just joined a running group. Next Thursday I start a weekly run with them. So that’s 3x a week that exercise is part of my routine. 1-2 more as a habit and ill be a the level I’d like. 1 month ago

Which officially marks 10% there! Next milestone will be making it to the 150s again. I have a few date markers to help me set my goals:

In 150s by the 5k fun run I want to do in may (159.5 is fine I just want to break the 150s mark!)

155 by the end of may

Break into the 140s by the summer solstice! (Again 149.5 is fine just want to cross that hurdle!)

Be able to wear my favorite dress again by Independence Day weekend

Be in the 130s by the August trip (a trip where I have to wear a bathing suit somewhat often…eeeeeep!)

136 by my anniversary
I really want to feel good about myself and my body by then ;)

The last few… Eh, whatever, 134 or 136… I’m not THAT concerned. I’ll keep trying but I think I’ll feel ok with myself at 136 in my gettin older body… 1 month ago
