I’m going to start off slowly and take on new habits one month at a time.
Here is my list of routines I want to get into for January:
- use crest white strips every day until box is done
- finish every shower with cold water
- use exfoliating loofah in shower
- listerine every morning, floss every night
- disinfect glasses before bed
- listen to Linda’s hypnosis tapes for 2 weeks at a time every night
- take vitamins every day with supper
- eat fruit and vegetables every day
- wash and moisturize face day and night
Don’t think that should be too hard. Hopefully I’ll be back next month with a whole new list of habits. 16 months ago
