Because one day it will be better. You just have to find the tools that will enable you to change it.
But one day it will be better, and it’s worth pushing through al the crud to get to that day.
Hugs and positive thoughts,

My clothing rail broke, which was actually a good opportunity as I was able to be very strict about going through my clothes, as I now only have room for half of those I had before!
So half of my clothes are in a bag ready to be washed and go on Ebay :) One sofa to go on Freecycle too – when the snow stops! 5 months ago

Well I’ve been on the radio twice and am now running workshops. I never thought that would be possible after my public speaking attempt in March 2012, after which I spent 3 days in bed thinking “Who the hell do you think you are?!”
I worked through my old fears, that had been ingrained since childhood, using NLP techniques, and kept in mind my goals and what the pont of them is. I feel I am much better at this now! 5 months ago

How I did it: Keep the end in mind, and remember WHY you're doing it, and all the good things it will bring.
Look towards a positive future rather than trying to avoid what you're leaving behind.
My video explains it better than I can in writing:

While I would have loved to have finished my novel, other books were more important. I published ‘The Recovery formula’ in September 2012 and ‘The Happy Addict’ will be published in 2013. They are both books about addiction recovery and helping others to recover.
I am thrilled to have completed them both and have had wonderful feedback.
Next the novel, lol! (Another 5 years later…) 5 months ago

After a bit of soul-searching, I realised just why this goal has become important to me. I always thought I wanted to do it for superficial reasons, but they actually go a lot deeper. When I realised that, I got my act together, did the necessary research and booked a trial lesson in mixed martial arts that I will be going to tomorrow. Just gotta dust off the shorts now. Wish me luck! 22 months ago
