I’ve officially signed up for the first burst of classes! I can’t wait :c) 17 months ago

So far I’ve been posting daily on FB (not so much on Twitter- man I need to improve my usage there!) and then putting it on my blog at the end of the week. It’s actually been pretty fun, as I’ve had quite a few comments on it and it’s great motivation for me.

So last weekend I made Christmas cookies for the first time ever… It was a whole day project with some very fun ladies (who knew what they were doing, which made it easy)! 17 months ago

I don’t usually do resolutions, but I think goals are important, so this year I’m going to make them throughout December- for next year (2012) and post them to my blogs, FB and Twitter… 18 months ago

I visited Asia this spring (S. Korea and China) so now I have Australia, Antarctica and Africa left… 18 months ago

I just found out I’m a semi-finalist in a photo contest put on by Smithsonian Aerial America… I’m SOOO excited to have gotten this far! 18 months ago

So a few days ago Groupon had a great deal for a discount on the certification classes for Scuba Diving in my area! You can bet I snapped that up. I am finally getting my butt in gear and going to learn to scuba dive- whoo hoo! 18 months ago

I joined the 365project.org, so maybe this will help motivate me- though I do prefer the Flickr format for photos, so maybe I’ll just have to join one of the groups there instead :) 19 months ago

I really feel like this is an endless goal.
I purchased Adobe Lightroom last year and it’s amazing (Apple Aperture would be just as cool)! What a great way to sort photos (into files and then by tags)- the problem is that you can always go more and more in depth…
I still have some scanning of old images to get onto my computer, but I’ve come a long way :c)
I guess I’ll never run out of things to do on a rainy day this way!! 19 months ago

I went to visit my sister in Seoul and we took a 4-day “hiatus” trip over to Beijing, specifically to see the Great Wall. It was so amazing- we got there early in the morning, before the crowds and the heat of the day. I would do it again in a heartbeat 19 months ago

I’ve decided to change this a bit- I want to start a book club. A “Spanglish” Book Club. I have a few people that may be interested so we’ll have to see if I can get it to go :c) 19 months ago
