I can detect toxic people easily as well. Sometimes I wish I couldn’t, but I know it’s good to be aware of what you’re dealing with. I used to have your problem too – wanting to help them in ways I shouldn’t or can’t. Now I struggle more with absorbing their toxicity and allowing it to bother me and affect me too much. I know this is definitely something I need to work on. Working on it… it’s getting better. 23 months ago
