SGWhat a Great Parable of the Chinese Farmer

I’m sharing this with my nephew who is rehabilitating after a significant accident. Thank you! 1 month ago

SGI like the thought

of amping up…moving from 6 cylinders to 8…revamping the engine and going 120 in a 65. I believe in most cases, we simply have to give ourselves permission to fly. 1 month ago

SG36 Done

took about 2 minutes…laughing a little because my heart is beating like I’m competing in a triathlon.

Still, cardio can make huge strides in just two weeks time, so think I’ll do at least 15 minutes cardio daily (walk one minute, run one minute)...and increase from there.

A thought…we could join the bootcamp ongoing goals to keep up with our squats?? merely a suggestion, of course. Love this needed interest in conditioning. THANK YOU ss and WQ.

(p.s.: squat technique reminder…push up to a standing position from your heels when squating to avoid knee strain—and touch your butt to a chair when squatting to perfect your form). 9 months ago

SGJust returned

from Paris yesterday…and caught up here a little. Wow, I’m stoked to keep up with you and smarts by matching the highest number of squats done (thus, being your mascot of sorts, ha!).

So today I’ll do 36 squats and credit you two completely for getting me back in the good game. Thank you (and thank you for your earlier comments—they are appreciated more than you know). 9 months ago

SGI just saw this almost 2 years later

Listening now, lol (beautiful) 10 months ago

SGI've always liked

your song messages…and actually looked up the lyrics of this one, because I’ve heard it, but not really focused on the lyrics…very cool.

Thank you for the kind words and it’s so great to see that you’re still around here ! 10 months ago

SGTikini

Your words wash over others like a warm blanket on a cold winter morning.

I did get your note and it prompted me to write here actually (amazing how a small gesture can have a big effect).

To know how you perceive me has great value. Thank you so much. 10 months ago

SGHey Jessy

I really wish we could meet sometime…and thank you for your kind words about my blog. Have you ever considered doing a blog about your life experiences? It is a little addictive, so enter the endeavor with caution if you do…but It would be so cool to read about how you gained so much wisdom in life. Miss you and love you too! 10 months ago

SGyou were thinking of me yesterday?

Those words are so cool, aren’t they? Thank you. And I was just reading you a few days ago—there’s something to this synchronicity stuff…I know it.

There is no reason I can think of to delete so part of me stays here. Love you, nic. 10 months ago
