...I got one as a gift last year (2011), but, to be honest, it was ENOUGH. Next cellphone I’ll have, I’ll try it to be anything else but another Blackberry. Didn’t have a good experience. Thanks. 11 months ago
I saw the Spanish version long time ago, and yes, it’s more straightforward, “realistic”, and less “hollywood-esque” than “Vanilla Sky”. What I miss in the Spanish version is the good selection of tracks Cameron Crowe did for the remake… And the fact that I prefer seeing the completely odd “Julie Gianni” (Cameron Diaz) than seeing the original Nuria . You can also understand better some things in the original version. There are many things I love from both movies, and, for me, it’s one of the (very) few acceptable remakes you can find out there.
Besides, Madrid view during last scene of “Abre Los Ojos” is just beautiful.
I’d recommend both movies. 12 months ago
I always have liked cooking, even when I was a child. I started some basics when I was like 11-12, you know… Boil an egg, making a sandwich… Basics.
With the years, I’ve been a fan of cooking shows/websites, and, when I see a “rare” or “exotic” recipe I like, I type/print it and try it, I like to mix and make my own when I have the chance. I even have cooked our family’s Christmas dinner since a couple years ago.
Cooking for me is a total pleasure, a great, great experience… Despite I’ve never studied it (and don’t plan to do it in a near future), but, yeah… Cooking is something great for me. Currently I’m focused on learning baking techniques, which I see a little difficult for me.
I personally think that we all should be able to cook, especially if we live (or we’re considering) alone. :)
Cheers! Good luck to you all! 13 months ago
