A profound book which goes into many of the mysteries of life from a spiritual point of view. I was deeply moved my the refreshing depth of the author’s grasp of the things he writes about. I have tried some of the suggestions he gives to good result.
I am grateful:
1. for a good session of journal writing, which led to a beneficial action
2. for the realization that I’d better not do the offensive thing others do to me back at them, if I want to remain at peace
3. for the recent deliveries from BMG Music, UNICEF and Amazon
4. for the openness of the future and the sense of infinite possibility

A book that points to several qualities that summarize Leonardo da Vinci’s genius and provides elaborations on them, with many exercises to get your mind operating on his level.
I have to say, the author demonstrates his brilliant mind in being able to so sensitively and comprehensively reveal the master in all his depth.

...was completely abstract, but you addressed the issue accurately and clearly from direct personal experience. I’m inclined to agree with you, but I’d better look at what my experience is and not just speculate.

This is currently my most cheered goal, so people must think it is important. So do I, but I have some questions to reflect on.
Is this to be accomplished in every second, in all situations, with all people? In any situation when I am tempted to close my heart, is that the moment to keep it open? There are many aspects of my life that I’m currently tempted to give up on. Is the answer to simply keep my heart open to them? Is there any downside to one with an open heart? Is this intellectualizing about living from the heart? What does my heart say about all this? Is my heart in fact open? Is this goal co-opting my heart’s wisdom, forcing something? Would this goal be better called, Honor My Heart’s Wisdom?
I guess this goal is an experiment in choosing to keep one’s heart open at all times.
