I’m combining two goals – taking vitamins and eating breakfast. Can’t take vitamins on an empty stomach! Easiest to remember in the morning!

Here is the plan for the drudgery day: There is a gym membership I need to cancel. Also, I have to find a lawyer for a law suit in Dubai. Finally – fix all my frequent flyer accounts. That all deserves a bottle of wine if you ask me! 3 months ago
Last week was a bit tricky. I had to travel for work and that threw my schedule and routine off a bit. This weekend also not great but yesterday I was back to 1 b/p and hoping to get a few 0 days. Need all the help I can get!
But the good news is that I continue to eat a good breakfast and take vitamins in the morning. I hope this will help me to set a level of nutrition to support recovery and give me the energy I need to pull through. 3 months ago

Yesterday was the second Binge/Purge free day in years. Today I had my sixth regularly scheduled meal in a row – pretty amazing for me.
I could go an binge tonight but for right now I feel totally fine. 4 months ago

This week I’ve done 3 of these short 20 minute yoga downloads – audio podcasts that are totally awesome! My goal is to do one longer session per week, plus a few of these short ones. I feel completely out of yoga shape, but it will only take 2 – 3 weeks before I’m back in gear. 4 months ago
So it isn’t quite at once daily, but pretty good. I’m just doing 15 minutes with the idea of getting to 20 minutes by next week. 4 months ago
