Dear 43 Things Users,

10 years after introducing 43 Things to the world, we have decided we have met our last goal: completing the incredible experience that has been 43 Things. Please join us in giving one last cheer to all the folks who have shared their goals with the world, as well as all the people who have worked at The Robot Co-op to build this incredible website. We won a Webby Award, published a book, and brought happiness to a lot of people.

Starting today, 43 Things users can export their goals and entries from the site. Starting August 15, we will make the site “read only”. 43 Things users will still be able to view the site and export their content, but we won’t be taking any new content from users. We hope to leave the site up for folks to see and download their content until the end of the year. Ending on New Year’s Eve takes us full circle.

It has been a long ride (one of our original goals was to "build a company that lasts at least 2 years” - we beat that one!) While we wish the site could live on, it has suffered from a number of challenges - changes in how people use the site, the advertising industry, and how search engines view the site. We wish the outcome was different – but we’ve always been realistic about when our goals are met and when they aren't.

As of today, you will be able to download your goals and entries. See more about that on the FAQ page. Thanks for 10 great years of goal-setting and achieving.

Thank you. Actually those photos were taken over a year ago, my skills have improved alot. See my bro surprised me, got a professional photographer, and set up my website for me. I don’t know how to change the photos!! lol yea the butterfly is probably the most popular one :) Heres a pic from a photo shoot. I painted her, that’s not me lol 3 years ago

HIIT is great make sure that you get enough carbs because carbs are the fuel for the work out. If you don’t have enough fuel (carbs) in your body, the body will first draw energy from the muscle, not the fat. What will happen is the muscle will get eaten up and the fat will stay untouched. If you find yourself getting tired in the middle of the work out you might not have enough fuel. That was a mistake I was making for a little while. SO this is what I KNOW based on research and personal experience. I stretch, and get protein in my system within a half hr of my work outs. NEVER work out while you’re hungry. I’ve lost almost 10lbs of body fat and gained muscle mass. I’m 5’7 went from 142lbs to 133lbs.

So, I have a lil side business called Faces Designed. You can check it out at facesdesigned.com Face painting for birthday parties fundraisers or any event :) The problem is that I live with my parents and the only place I can put all my paperwork is in these two bottom doors in my room. I’ve lost some important stuff not to mention I’m in the process of applying to schools so there’s that paper work as well. Then there’s just paper work from the bank and AWANA and just things that I have to hold onto! SO, I am no longer going to let this paper work control me I will Control It!!!! 3 years ago
