...seem to up my endurance. I ran 8 miles yesterday and I didn’t feel quite as tired. But interval training is tough…but I’ll keep at it.
B-2-B is still at least 2 months away…but I’m all set…I know if I were to run it today, my time would likely be 1 hr 30 minutes. Question is if I want to improve on that time, which means more training. 15 months ago
“If a man is called to be a streetsweeper, he should sweep streets even as Michelangelo painted, or Beethoven composed music, or Shakespeare wrote poetry. He should sweep streets so well that all the hosts of heaven and earth will pause to say, here lived a great streetsweeper who did his job well.” Martin Luther King, Jr.
I say this all the time, didn’t realized I was quoting Dr. King. Wow! 16 months ago

...we now see her weekly. My wife hasn’t gain any weight, which is good since she was slightly over last week. The baby was awake at the time and the doctor said she was very active.
Wow…it’s getting near and I’m very very excited, and scare at the same time. I can’t believe I’m going to be a Dad. 16 months ago
...I recently read a similar article from TIME. It said a certain level of anxiety is good for us. It preps us for the MOMENT. The article referenced Eli Manning’s perfect throw that clinched the superbowl. It said even Eli felt anxious before the BIG game. The key is not to let it overtake you in a way that you completely breakdown and cannot perform. So true. 16 months ago

...the bath tube has been leaking water into the basement, though not severely. So I took the opportunity this weekend to fix it. Brought some caulking from Home Depot last week. Caulking is hard and messy, and it takes lots of patience. It wasn’t very pretty, though acceptable, but the bottomline is I fixed the leak.
Btw, I also fixed our bed, which has been squeaking for a while. The angle braces were installed wrong, and had to be reinstalled.

...this is when you jog and then run really hard for a minute or two and then jog again. Not sure how that helps, but I sweated a lot…hahaha! 16 months ago
My wife gained another 4 lbs. The doctor said 2 lbs per week is normal, but that’s twice as many. The doctor told her to watch her diet or else she’s in for a lot of pain. I think that’s a big motivator, don’t you think?

...but I find it awefully hard to lose that last layer of belly fat. Some say low-carb high-protein diet would help. Others suggest more aerobic exercises. Well, I already run every other day and I also tried that Atkins diet, which didn’t seem to help. Clueless~ 16 months ago

makes me want to take a photography class or something. But I think what’s hard is the ability to recognize what would make great photos, something obviously you’re very talented at. Probably need to have the right mindset, too; one that tunes to the natural frequency of things, let it call out to you, instead of you searching…thanks for sharing. 16 months ago

It shows you how to fold a paper flower. And it’s very simple. I think this will win over your loved one over chocolate any day. Chocolate wouldn’t hurt either.

...I couldn’t go with her cause I had to work. Anyhow, she walked to the clinic, which took her about 15 minutes.
The doctor said all vital signs were good and told her to up her moderate exercises. And she’s been walking more lately. Hopefully, her labor would be short.
Wow, just 6 more weeks. Can’t wait to meet our baby girl!
