How I did it: Well, some people wouldn't understand this, but just incase there are one or two people like me...
I've been depressed, and weird. I was trying to fit in and I thought I was doing a good job until it hit me. People think I'm a weirdo!

How I did it: I was thinking about getting a budgie, but then I decided I'd get a rabbit. If she's unhappy and I can't spend a good bit of time with her I'll get a second one to keep her company but I made her purr the other day, and I didn't even know they did that:))
I have a backgarden where I'm going to hopefully bring her for a half hour everyday, and she had a nice little spot in my bedroom. Sorted. Read how I did it… 14 months ago

How I did it: I was reading a book by thay (Thich Nhat Hanh) and I saw he was coming to Ireland...I thought it was going to be a once in a lifetime opportunity in terms of learning about mindfulness, I just knew. Little did I know he was a real-life buddhavista Read how I did it… 14 months ago
I try to tell everyone this: Alan Carr’s ‘Easy Way to Stop Smoking’...not a gimick, it stopped me, and my mother and brother and various others to stop. Wanting to stop and you are already half way there…you keep smoking (as much as you can!!) until the last chapter.. 14 months ago
How I did it: I just decided to do it every Sunday (not without exception), because I usually end up bored on Sundays. I started off just doing the basic ones I knew, but now I'm branching out. Read how I did it… 14 months ago
How I did it: Well, when a person is depressed it is hard for them to take good care of themselves because they are preoccuied with other things. So now that I'm well, I've started really looking after myself, and yes it is worth it. You are more socially acceptable when you are super clean and groomed. But I started spending a half hour every morning on my hair, on top of everything else...and now I realise, it's not really me. I'm clean, but I'm not perfect. Besides, the wind loves nothing more than playing in my hair, or so I've been told ;) Read how I did it… 15 months ago
Hi, I’m here also to say your English seems perfect…your goal confused me!:)
I’m learning French…for years and I’m still no good. How did you get so good? Did you do it all in Poland?? 15 months ago
How I did it: My family didn't treat me very well growing up, and so when I left home I thought I was worthles and gradually I became quite ill..but most of them were there for me through the tough times and helped me recover (though I could have cut myself off from them very easily so I was lucky)
Anywhoo, I recently realised that I have treated them badly too. But I can see the reasons why..they can't.
I got my life back on track and I forgave them (but i'll never let them do it again) Read how I did it… 15 months ago
