I just don’t think its what it should be! Again I am taking this one off because it is not specific enough for me to measure. I will reconsider it later though, maybe with a specific goal in mind… not necessarily a weight because I think that is self defeating but maybe fitting into a top or something. I’ll think about that.

I get so lazy in winter, like I am about to hibernate or something. Might try to do yoga again tomorrow.
I am not actually in that bad condition but I really would like to learn to love exercising. How to do that is a little problematic.
I’ve been to two gym sessions and one yoga class. That’s acceptable I think. Might try to fit another gym session in on Saturday morning. That would be a sensible thing to do.
I’ve been going to the gym consistently for a few weeks now. I can notice the difference pudge wise, but not a great deal size wise yet. I know that part of this problem is going to be learning to accept my body type, more than most things.
