become less enraged at instances of stupidity

some guys just piss me off i can explode i always want to give em a piece of my mind but never get to i guess thats where self control comes in i want to change n try to take negativity out of my system n not look at the down side of things u know ie harbour a grudge for instance etc im not such a bad xter but some pple dont make being nice easy u know.
