Here I Go Again...  — 3 months ago

This is my 5th or 6th attempt at it. Last time I made it to Day 7 and I’m not sure what happen(well, i actually do know..one of the girls on here made these delicious looking Peep cupcakes and I went to the drugstore and saw Peeps and I just lost it!) So this time I want to make it the full 10 days. I’ll be checking in daily…I’m off to drink my tea!

Wow, it’s Day 6 already guys! I’m feeling okay today…I’ve been reading alot about vegetarianism today. I think I’m going to slowly transition…I charted out a two month plan now I’m trying to gather recipes.

Quick Question: Does anyone eat soy meat (ie.Boca products)? How’s the taste?

My Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad 5th Day  — 5 months ago

Well, today was an experience…I was out of the house all day (9 am-10:30pm) when I only intended to be out for 4 hours max. Needless to say I didn’t have enough of my LA (just a Fiji water bottle). I was miserable…I almost quit.

I also spent an hour in the ladies room at Crate & Barrel making a few deposits.

Other than that I’m so proud to be finished with today!

I’m busy, busy, busy today. Last night was tough I felt very weak and nauseous …I loathe the tea with a passion, I think I woke up every hour…didn’t do the SWF this morning bc I slept in late and then had to literally run to a meeting…doing this cleanse in NYC is brutal, everywhere you go there’s food…Hang in There Guys!

Well, my original goal was to try the MC for 3 days..bc I didn’t think that I would make it a day, but now that I’m at the end of day 3 I think I’ll try for the full 10 days.

Anywho, today started off so-so… for most of the day I’ve been craving bread, pumpernickel to be exact..but I made it through thanks to work, 4 games of chess, 2 episodes of Flip That House, the food network(yes, the food network…for some reason I never get hungry when I watch it) and of course you guys!

I’m so happy that I found 43things.

Day 3 AM  — 5 months ago

Last night was rough, I had a really bad headache. This morning I felt so-so. I’m not hungry, but I really just want to bite into something.

Today was alot easier than I thought it was going to be. I felt fine physically, but then again I do work from home on certain days so I had the luxury of taking it easy today. My mental state is another story! My bf and I went to Chiptole today and I had to suffer through the amazing aromas (he thinks I’m crazy bc I just sniff his food for a minute and then I grab my bottle and run!!)...I’m going to have my tea and attempt to fall asleep. Good nite!

So I finally got through Day 1….after several attempts. I’m really excited about making it through one whole day! Yesterday was pretty smooth I wanted to eat so bad, but I wasn’t hungry so I just concentrated on work. This morning I got up and ran to Whole Foods to pick up more lemons, came back did my SWF now I’m waiting…..
