I didn’t actually complete it. I just don’t think I’m ever going to be 135 again, now that my body can digest food, an I think being able to digest food is probably healthy.

Since I wrote I was 144, I got up to 148 again…
But recently I got down to 143, and have stayed there. I haven’t even been dieting… just working out, and remembering to get fluids into my body. Physically, I just feel much better. I might get to 140 and be happy with that. I am, after all, more muscular than I was a year ago.

But, I cannot eat any of the foods they send in, because they all have maltodextrin, which I am horribly allergic to, as do most premade diet foods. Makes it very hard for the lazy girl who hates to cook.
So, I just need to ahere to my “no desserts and less sodas” plan, which is not going so well. See, there was this pie… Well, never mind. Tomorrow is another day.
I missed karate yesterday, but today I did all my push-ups and sit-ups. Booyah.
135 is my comfortable base weight. Over the past couple of years, my weight has fluctuated dramatically (between 128 and 148). I lost ten because of a food allergy, and then found something to replace the food I couldn’t eat, and gained it all back. Then I started taking hormones for my PMDD, and got up to 148 lbs. That’s not too bad, but where does the gaining end?
I’ve decided to put a stop to it. I switched to a better pill, for one thing. It’s working better on my moods, and I have lost about 5 lbs. I don’t have to be exactly 135 all the time, but I would like to reach that as my base weight once more.
So right now, I am around 144. I am cutting out desserts, drinking more water, and eating more fruits and veggies. It’s easier to do as long as my bf is on a diet.
