Hypothetically, if I was to go for this goal immediately, that’d be another 5 days.

Right now I’m focusing on a three-day fast. If I’m keen on the results, I upgrade to 5 days. Because days 1-5 are generally the most difficult, if I make it to the fifth day, I might as well fast for this whole week.
2 days until I put down the fork for good for the whole week. Although I want to start right away, realistically, I can’t do it. According to every site I have looked up on fasting, I should eat lightly before starting a fast, so that is what I am doing. I ate far too heavily tonight.
