Add to my tattoo

I’ve got a new idea. It’s all so hard. There is an artist up at the print shop up the road who I admire. I’m wondering if I could ask her to design something for me.
Now I’m thinking of inner forearm (left arm).
Groan, it’s not procrastination, it’s busyness and exhaustion .. I want to get this done!

I have a tentative idea in my head but need to magic up someone with skills to draw it up, or magic up the perfect illustration which matches the idea in my head.
I ideally want some kind of Kawaii style heart with a banner on it with the letters A ~ L ~ G on the banner, and a bird either side of the banner holding the end in it’s beak. Like a sweet cartoon bluebird. I’d like the main colour to be an aqua-ey turquoise blue, and not sure about the rest.
I’m so crazy busy/tired right now I can’t see it happening in a hurry but would like to get it done within the next six months.

I have two small hearts on my ankle and I really need to add to it, I have no idea how. If anyone can tell me of some good inspiring tattoo sites that would be great!
