after putting off running at the beginning of the week, i managed to run 3 days in a row.. i have adopted the goal for running every day 100 days in a row.. after 100 days, i am going to be super fit.. so wish me luck!!
I’ve made a new plan that I am going to run 5 days from Monday to Friday and then take a break on the weekend. This should not be so hard as I already run 5-6 days a week… Let see what I can do for this week..
Monday : run 3.5 kms, walk 200 meters, 30 pushups, drumbell lifting
Tuesday : run 3 kms, walk 500 meters, weight lifting..
Wednesday : run 3.5 kms., walk 500 meter, weight lifting
sunday 27 July 08 : Run 3 k + 30 pushups + weight lifting + run up stairs..
monday 28 July 08 : Run 4 k + 30 pushups + weight lifting + drumbell lifting.(i didn’t feel tired nor lazy so i kept on running until i reached 4 k. which i felt febulous about myself. ;])
tuesday 29 July 08 : i ran up and down the stairs to fix the leaking water.. (does this count???)
wednesday 30 July 08 : run 3 k. + 30 pushups + drumbell lifting
thursday 31 July 08 : run 3 k. + 30 pushups + weight lifting

i wish i eat less so i will loose more weight.. argh!!!

after spoiling myself during the weekend eating, playing, watching movies and not much exercising, i pulled myself back on track today and made a record!
i challenged myself to run 4 kms today. 3 kms was already hard to reach but when i reached it, i told myself to do more.. yes!

p.s. really hope to run 3-4 kms everyday for 10 days and stay sugar-free during those days too. if i can do this, i will see big change in my body.

i went out running with pt at prince of songkla university. the distance was about 3 kms.
monday : i did the same as sunday..
tuesday : i ran 4 kms + 30 pushups + weight & drumbell lifting + running up and downstairs..
today i didn’t think much whether to run or not.. i must run as it was the last day of the week that i have to run and complete my goal for running 6 days a week… i just want to see that can make it to 6 days a week and i’ve proved that i could do it.. it’s about the mind not the body.. so this week, i’ve run 18 kms.. wow wow wow!!!
