But we haven’t actually picked a place, signed up or gone to lessons. We have gone out to dance clubs twice this year, and it has been fun. It has revived my interest in taking lessons together. I would do any kind of ballroom, or even swing or latin or hip hop dance. I just like dancing, especially with my partner, and I think dance lessons would give me a broader movement vocabulary, a wider repertiore of moves to choose from. I hope it would make me even more comfortable in my body.
I just sent him an email tonight and asked him to do a little more research and send me a suggestion about a specific class at a specific location on a specific date that he’d like to go to. Hopefully we can get something on the calendar soon.
