I have actually gained a lot of weight and I need to lose 20 pounds and not 10. So I have taken that up instead

I have started going to the gym regularly now that i have friends there. 2 weeks into it and i’m two pounds down. I should start reducing eating out to just once a week and should continue exercising everyday. That should probably do it.
And i will keep a track of how many calories i burnt everyday here:
Monday: 187 + 40 + 45
I was wondering why I have gone up suddenly by 10 pounds. It is because I have started to eat out at least once a week and it goes up to 2-3 times too. Eating out obviously means extra calories, lots of dessert and the good food makes me overeat. No wonder i am putting on so much weight. Now i know what to control
I was not finding the right time to go to the gym. Now i have figured a way out and i now have a friend who comes at the same time too. So hopefully i will go regularly now. Also, my hubby said yesterday that i have put on weight. That should keep me going!
