September, during which I didn’t post, was very up and down—a lot of binge eating, a lot of extra effort to make up for it afterwards.
I’m pleased with 175 because it means I’m back where I was when I was doing really well, and it means I can go on from there.

I’m only weighing myself once a month—otherwise I know I’ll get obsessive about it. This’ll let me see the real progress versus the day-to-day fluctuations.

Some days I think I can see it in the mirror, other days not so much. But I definitely feel better. More energy, more stamina going up and down those damn hills.

Walking everywhere + lots of places to be + retarded city planning = weight loss!
Add in the overhaul I’ve made to my diet, and I’m down five pounds already!
