I’ve been jogging 4-6 times a week for a month now! It’s starting to get more enjoyable.

This week did not go so great. I’ve been so overwhelmed that I’ve been mostly sleeping if I have an ounce of spare time.

Last week I was 158.6 lbs. Today I am 156.4 lbs. My body is liking the change of pace. I’m enjoying the new “me” time in the morning.



How I'm going to do this... 5 months ago

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday to start. Get up in the morning when Karl does and go to the gym. Leave the house at 6:15. Workout from 6:30-7:15. Take a shower and leave the gym at 7:45.
