I was literaly in my kitchen with the a slice of pizza positioned in my mouth and ready to quit after 1 day… how pathetic!
I had a long discussion with myself, pizza in hand, and I won… or I loss… whatever… I am still in the game!
The SWF is not working for me. It basically feels like I have morning sickness once I drink it and after 2 kids I really do not need any reminders of morning sickness! So, I just drank the Senna Tea and will try the SWF again tomorrow… suggestions anyone?
I need more lemons and maple syrup. I am on vacation next week so, I don’t know if that is going to be better or worse then working.
Woke up with a headache today but it is gone now… horray!

OK… back and good to go. I lasted 5 days the last time and now I want to go for the whole 10!
Lots of goals to keep me going, turning 30 in 4 months and I want my body to feel as good as it did when I turned 20.
I vow to post as often as possible and please, please, please if anyone has any tips or feedback let me know because I will need all the help I can get!

Sorry guys… I will try again next month.
I never got the energy you all talk about just migranes and sleepiness. I was so tired on Saturday that I forgot to lock up my house and I left the garage door open. Someone actually broke in (or should I say: Walked In”) while me and my kids were sleeping!
They tried to steal my printer and laptop. Thankfully my hubby is a security freak and it was all locked down.
I have started running again and my energy level is back. I moved on to my whole food diet and I will try to do the cleanse in September.
If anyone has any tips for my next try please post them to you.

I almost passed out at a play date last night. I just don’t think I am getting enough calories to juggle a full time job and two kids.
I ended up having a small cup of vegetable consume and felt a little better. Today I woke up with a hang over, not that I drank anything just felt like I had one.
I am going to review the book to see if maybe there is am option for me.
Still trying to stick with it but I am struggling.

I have pretty much ignored my kids that last two days. Day 1 and 2 because I had a headache and today all I want it to go home and nap. I don’t know if I will make it through the work day. I take coffee break in a couple of hours… maybe I will find a quiet corner and power snooze for 15 minutes. YAWN!

I stated this yesterday. Starting weight 180lbs. All goes well so far. I followed CHICOGOGIRL1 advice and pre-made the batch for the day. (Thanks so much for your posting with tips!)
I found I only drank 1 liter of mixture though. I don’t know why, I drank whenever I was hungry. I got a bit of a headache in the evening and went to bed early, after I had the tea of course.
Day 2 is going well. I woke up with a headache but it is almost gone now. I will try to drink more mixture today and keep up on the water.
