I used to run every morning on the beach
when I was at the seaside
and now being back in town
will go on from week 3
and think at the sea and marine breeze while I run
have a new wonderful jogging attire!

this is pre-pre-pre starting though
I woke up at 5 and went for a one hour brisk walk
plan to start with the real thing tomorrow
{but I know I shouldn’t plan too much, things never go as I plan!}

and just as soon as I’m able to breathe without the involuntary gasping cough, it’s back to this goal.

went again this morning
only to disturb the blackbirds’ meetings
I like to start the day watching busy blackbirds
it had rained in the night
every leaf was rorid
shining in the sun

at last it stopped raining
and so today early morning
I restarted from week 1 1/3
the blackbirds were madly singing
I could hear them above the terrible Ullrey
it was great and I feel well
the right shoes and the right combination of bra+superstretchmicrot-shirt can make a lot of difference
Long John Silvie is home and hopping mad!!
But met my friend to day, and the good weather and everything and the need to get fitter has spurred us if not into action at least into planning some action.

I went
lifted the winter cape at last!
I felt a tiny pain in my chest at first
but went better and better
and in the end I didn’t want to stop!

ran 1.2km and walked 6km on both days.
NOT following the ipod, I know the distance and I’m back on track with persistence (thanks Mandarina for the prompt).
I plan to add 400m of running each time I do this, PLUS the walk which I need for my head space.
think I may need to buy new shoes….

The changing rooms at work were otherwise occupied – I sloped off and had pizza and chips instead.
